Place a credit card order online using our Secure Shopping Cart. We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.

Mountain Outfitters uses Authorize.net as our secure transaction processor. Ordering online with Mountain Outfitters is completely safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) uses 1024 bit encryption, which is the highest level possible. This process of encryption prevents unauthorized individuals from viewing your information as it is securely transmitted over the Internet. To further protect our customers from identification theft, our shopping cart never writes your credit card number to disk or database, the card number is discarded from the computer's memory once your transaction is complete.
Return Policy
- Return requests are to be made within 14 days from the date of delivery, and are valid for EXCHANGE only.
- All returns must be received within 7 days of return request.
- All merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition. All original tags must be attached.
- Mountain Outfitters has the right to refuse return of goods that do not meet Mountain Outfitters Return Policy requirements.
- There are no refunds and no exchanges on mounted and prepped skis, trimmed skins or fitted ski boots.
- All merchandise purchased "ON SALE" or purchased at a discounted price are FINAL SALE. No exchanges or refunds.
- Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Customer will be responsible for all shipping & re-shipping charges for exchanges.
- All merchandise that is purchased at www.mtnoutfitters.com must be returned by shipment to our physical address.
- Email us at tele@colorado.net to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). You will need to complete a short form describing you reason for return. Please be aware that the issuance of a RA# does not guarantee the goods will be accepted for exchange. You will be notified of acceptance once the goods have been returned and inspected.
- Please print out the email containing your RA# and include that with your full name, address, phone number and email address.
- Merchandise must be shipped securely packaged, pre-paid, and insured, and must be received by Mountain Outfitters within seven days of receipt of RA# for domestic orders, and fourteen days for international orders. Merchandise should be sent to the following address:

It is our recommendation that return items are shipped via UPS, FedEx or insured parcel post. We also recommend all tracking numbers of return packages be recorded and safely stored for proof of delivery. Mountain Outfitters does not take responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. Please also note that Mountain Outfitters can not accept any packages that are sent (COD).
*Please note that RA# must be legibly written on outside of package to insure proper and timely handling of return(s). Goods will not be processed/refunded without an RA#.
An email response will be sent to you regarding the status of your return. We will process your request within five business days upon receiving the package.
If the return is approved, a merchandise credit will be issued for the original amount that was paid and sent via email. Only the value of the merchandise and sales tax, minus any discounts, if any, will be applied. Shipping charges and import duties are not included in merchandise credits. Your credit has NO expiration date.
Shipping
You may choose from a variety of shipping options provided by UPS.
All and is based on the weight of the order and shipping method you choose shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise and require a signature from the receiving party.
Shipping cost is paid by the purchaser.
All merchandise orders are fulfilled within 24 hours of receipt of your order.
Orders received after 1:00PM PST are shipped the following day.
All orders received after 1:00 PM on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. We observe all national holidays.
We deliver to most countries in the world.
The tariffs and duties on international shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Gift Returns
You may exchange any gift from Mountain Outfitters for another gift of the same value or more, provided your additional cost difference, shipping, customs, taxes and import duties.
